Fantastic City Stay!
friendly staff convenient location tasty breakfast
I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always smiling! The location was super convenient for getting around. Breakfast had plenty of options and was a tasty start to my day. I particularly enjoyed the warm shower after a day of exploring!
The elevator was a bit slow at times.

The hotel is near the Royal Concert Hall, great for attending shows. The proximity to Buchanan Bus Station made travel very easy. Many shops and restaurants are also nearby!!!

fantastic city stay!
varied breakfast central location friendly staff
the room was really clean, and i found it quiet, especially considering the central location. my stay included a great breakfast, it was so varied and of such good quality! the staff were friendly and really cute, i found them so helpful.
I noticed some minor wear on the main entrance. Some broken glass affected its appearance a little.

bus station great dinner pleasant staff small room faulty shower poor cleaning
The location were super. The bus station were close and easy. I attend a gig at the Royal Concert Hall. It is across the road. Parking is nearby too. They reduce price upon validation at reception. Dinner was great in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast are fantastic. Staff in all areas were pleasant.
The room felt smaller than photos. The lift was not working. It was a nuisance. The shower were not of good quality. I burnt myself from hot to extreme! The air conditioning didn't work. The cleaning were poor. The check-in were late.

A balanced experience
friendly staff comfortable bed poor standard extreme shower
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Brian was especially useful during check-in. The rooms were also quite lovely , and the bed was comfortable.
The room was of poor standard compared to others I have stayed in. The shower was not good quality , and at one point , I burnt myself because it went from hot to extreme.

a decidedly average stay
small bathroom thin walls
the room felt cramped especially the bathroom. i could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. thin walls meant i was privy to my neighbor's questionable tv choices and late-night phone calls it was less than ideal for a peaceful night's sleep.

soiled carpets slow lift
The location suited my needs, and a car park was nearby. I deem that acceptable.
the corridor carpets proved quite soiled. the single lift moved slowly. it stopped just short of the floor level, a fault i noticed each time.
